Deacons Marina and Boatyard is a thriving business which has been serving the boating community for nearly a century. Situated on the upper end of the Hamble River between Southampton and Fareham, Deacons Marina has 135 berths afloat and space for around 160 boats ashore with craneage facilities for boats up to 20 tons and 45 feet in length.
At Deacons, you will find friendly and knowlegeable staff, skilled in boat repair and maintenance who are happy to help with any size jobs or give useful advice to those who have the time to do their own maintenance. Deacons are one of the main keel service centres on the south coast, able to undertake work on many different hull types as well as refit and engineering work.
Many improvements have taken place at Deacons in recent years. New shower/toilet block designed to meet the most demanding standards. A new marina layout with finger berths and many more walk on, deep water berths. All berths have smart card power metering. A Bistro/Cafe serving sumptuous food at reasonable prices. Wifi throughout the marina.
All of this with the added advantage that Deacons Marina is situated just 5 minutes from Junction 8 of the M27 and close to Bursledon rail station. Skippers and crew living in London and the Midlands can leave after work on a Friday evening and still enjoy a full weekend of boating.
Wishing you fair winds and good boating!
